UPS, FedEx, DHL & USPS All Open and Delivering On Halloween

All major US package shipping companies including UPS, DHL, FedEX and the USPS will be open with regular pickup and delivery schedules on Monday, October 31, 2011. Canadian shipping companies including Canada Post and Purolator will also maintain regular schedules.
