Is UPS open on President's Day? Yes, UPS is open and delivering on President's Day (George Washington's birthday), Monday, February 20th. All UPS locations are open for business and regular UPS pickups and deliveries will take place. While UPS does observe the President's Day holiday, they will not close.
The US Postal Service will be closed for President's Day. Post offices will be closed and no mail pickup or delivery will take place with the exception of Express Mail designated for holiday delivery. Normal mail pickup and delivery will resume Tuesday, February 21st.
FedEx and DHL will remain open on President's Day with normal pickup and delivery schedules.
